The Family Tree of Kaaman and Pruun

    – and other families in Käsmu, Estonia

A growing family tree

August 7, 2018 by Arvi Kaaman

A feather in the Gulf of Käsmu.

Since July 31 a new and updated version of my family tree is available on the Internet. As with previous updates, new individuals, new information about existing individuals and new photos have been added and detected errors fixed. The Estonian version of the family tree can be found here and the Swedish here. Sorry, no […]

Today a new and updated version of my family tree is available on the Internet. I call it ”my” family tree since I started it with my grandparents, Johannes Kaaman and Juliane Pruun, both born in Käsmu. But in practice it’s a family tree that includes almost all who have their roots in Käsmu during the […]

A kind of Christmas Tree

December 16, 2014 by Arvi Kaaman

My family tree: Ella (1904-1998), born Pruun and Aleksander Kaaman (1894-1976).

Well, not a real one. Even though it’s a tree you all can enjoy and gather around, it never loses its needles – it’s a Family Tree.

From today there is a new and updated version of the family tree of Kaaman and Pruun on the Internet, (i.e. a family tree with all who have their roots in the small Estonian village of Käsmu between the 17th and 19th century).

And as with previous updates, new information about individuals have been added and detected errors are fixed.

But the main change is addition of photos, a lot of them. You can watch a dozen of the new photos in the slideshow … Read More
